To Return Your Items

You can return your goods to our postal address:

Please use your reference number as provided. We may request that you return the item by recorded delivery. The information we provide for your return enables us to process your return in the most efficient manner possible. However it does not represent an obligation on your part.

Your Refund

When we receive the returned item we will inspect the item and then we will process the replacement or refund as requested. Our normal timescale for processing replacements or refunds is 5 business days.

If you requested a refund, your original payment method will be credited. Card statements will take 3-4 days to reflect the refund. We will not be able to process the refund or replacement until we have received the item in question into our warehouse.
